On April 22, 2019, Hefei Shunze Energy and Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. celebrated the first anniversary of the establishment of the company's R & D center in the Economic Development Zone. After the establishment of the R & D Center, the company planned a variety of R & D tests such as compressors, heat exchangers, and air conditioning. The device is used for the research and development and innovation and improvement of test products at the level of accessories and the whole machine. It can effectively provide the following verifications:

(1) Heat recovery: Compare the characteristics of two methods of fluorine-side heat recovery and water-side heat recovery, and verify the range of use.

(2) Regulation stability of electronic and mechanical valves: The compression and condensing unit adopts a multi-loop design, and the corresponding circuit can be selected for testing. The 8HP test rig can compare the regulation stability of mechanical regulating valve and electronic regulating valve.

(3) Validation of defrost logic: Find out the efficient defrost method of the evaporation coil through experiments to ensure long-term air conditioning stability.

(4) Stepless adjustment of the system: The bench is designed to be detachable in the loop, which can verify a variety of variable capacity adjustment methods. Such as: compressor cylinder pulse capacity adjustment, end valve pulse capacity adjustment, hot gas bypass capacity adjustment, compressor variable frequency capacity adjustment, etc.

(5) Commissioning of pressure-cooled units: The R & D station has added a commissioning module for compression-condensing units.

(6) In addition, verification of air conditioning characteristics, compressor reliability and heat exchanger optimization verification can be performed.
